Ethnic & Racial Justice

Standing for Equity. Speaking for the Silenced. Reconciling the Nations.

A World Still Divided

In every corner of the globe, systems of inequality, prejudice, and oppression continue to divide humanity. Ethnic cleansing, systemic racism, cultural erasure, and historical injustice persist as wounds that many nations have yet to heal. These divisions are not only social and political—they are deeply spiritual.

At Intermissions International Commission, we believe that every human being—regardless of color, tribe, or origin—is created in the image of Yahuah. Ethnic and racial justice is not just a social issue—it is a Kingdom mandate. We are called to be repairers of the breach, reconcilers of peoples, and defenders of dignity in every nation.

Scripture makes it clear: diversity is divine. The tribes and tongues of the Earth are not mistakes to be corrected, but masterpieces to be honored. From the Hebrew lineages of ancient Africa to the diaspora of the oppressed around the world, we affirm that culture and color are sacred elements of human identity.

“From one blood He made all nations…” — Acts 17:26
“There is no Jew or Greek… for you are all one in Messiah.” — Galatians 3:28

Intermissions stands on the truth that unity does not mean uniformity, and justice begins when we acknowledge pain, restore truth, and build structures that reflect the worth of every soul.

The crisis is not new—it is ancient. Colonialism, slavery, apartheid, and forced assimilation have all left devastating legacies. Today, those legacies manifest as:

  • Institutionalized racism in legal, educational, and economic systems
  • Ethnic discrimination in housing, healthcare, and employment
  • Stereotyping, marginalization, and violence against minority groups
  • Displacement of indigenous and tribal peoples
  • Cultural genocide through media, policy, and language extinction

These realities are not statistics—they are lived experiences. And too many voices remain silenced under the weight of injustice.

1. Advocacy & Legal Justice

We work with international partners, policy makers, and advocacy networks to address systemic inequality, challenge discriminatory laws, and empower marginalized communities to know and defend their rights.

2. Truth-Telling & Historical Restoration

We engage in honest research and public education to uncover suppressed histories and reclaim ethnic heritage. We collaborate with African scholars, historians, and community elders to restore truth and dignity to erased identities.

3. Reconciliation & Interethnic Healing

We host community forums, prayer gatherings, and truth commissions to foster forgiveness, reconciliation, and dialogue between historically divided peoples. We believe that true justice must lead to restored relationships.

4. Empowerment Through Education & Opportunity

We provide scholarships, leadership training, and community development programs focused on lifting up the oppressed, not with pity, but with purpose and power. Our work ensures that underrepresented groups have the tools to thrive.

Ethnic Justice Is a Spiritual Mandate

To seek ethnic justice is to align with the heart of Yahuah, who calls His people to:

  • Break every yoke of oppression (Isaiah 58:6)
  • Love mercy and do justice (Micah 6:8)
  • Defend the fatherless and plead for the widow (Isaiah 1:17)
  • Proclaim liberty to the captives (Luke 4:18)

At Intermissions, we do not merely call for justice from governments—we live justice through our mission, embodying the values of equity, truth, and prophetic compassion in everything we do.

How You Can Be Part of the Change

You don’t have to be an expert or activist to help dismantle injustice. You can:

  • Speak up in your circles about ethnic and racial equity
  •  Learn the true history of your nation and the world
  •  Support programs that elevate historically marginalized communities
  • Build relationships across racial and tribal lines
  •  Pray for healing, justice, and reconciliation in your nation

Toward a New Humanity

Intermissions envisions a world where truth is told, reparations are made, relationships are healed, and nations are united—not by erasing difference, but by embracing it. We believe that the nations will one day stand before Yahuah, not colorless, but radiant in the diversity He designed.

“Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a mighty stream.”
— Amos 5:24

Let that stream flow through us. Let it begin with you.
